Dr. Vu is not only knowledgeable but he's also very friendly and caring. He doesn't make you feel like a number and does not make you feel rushed.
I felt as though he genuinely cared for my needs which is hard to find these days. That's the problem with the medical community these days where it relies heavily on medicine and technology without showing empathy and compassion. You wont get that vibe with Dr. Vu! I found Dr. Vu on Yelp. I wanted someone that spoke perfect English. That way it will be easier for my daughters and I to communicate. My first visit was at his Huntington Beach office. The staff seemed a little lost that day. I found out that they just moved location and they were trying to get their stuff together, which is understandable. I met Dr. Vu and he is a really cool doctor with a good personality. I like how he explained things to me and he seemed to really care about his patients. My visit went very well so I decided to schedule an appointment for my daughters. My daughters also like Dr. Vu which is a good thing.

My grandfather was urgently sick and needed immediate help. During these COVID times, our family was unsure what to do and how to help him. However, we were lucky enough to come in contact with Dr Tran's office. Their friendly staff was able to help us over the phone and schedule an appointment to take care of my grandfather. The NP, Binh Mach, was nothing short of excellent as he was very thorough with my grandfather in his examination. Although he was an NP, he was very knowledgeable to medicine and he mentioned that he was an experienced internal medicine doctor in Vietnam! We were very please with the service that Vu D Tran MD Inc provided. The customer service was amazing and the medical care was excellent. Would definitely recommend changing to Dr Tran as a PCP as him and his team will take care of all your medical needs.
Dr. Tran was great, very good listener and informative. He's very patient and reasonable. My whole family had our covid rapid test done by him and he was so accommodating! Highly recommended.

First impressions are everything, and these people really seem to care about their patients. I just recently lost my sense of taste and smell, went and got tested here and they even took considerations to comfort during this scary endeavor. I sadly tested positive for covid-19, but the way this medical group treated me and other patients along with me was for lack of a better word superb. The rapid test was completed in less than half hour. (18 mins to be specific.)
